1. Information we collect

• Lead guest: name, furigana, phone number, email address, postal address
• Participants: name, furigana, age, equipment cut and sizes, emergency contact, declared health information
• Booking details, payment status, and records of correspondence with us

2. How we use it

• Managing your booking and contacting you about confirmations and changes
• Preparing equipment (wetsuits etc.) and arranging insurance
• Ensuring safety during the tour and emergency contact
• Responding to enquiries

3. About card details

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is never stored on our servers.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information without consent, except as required by law or as needed to fulfil your booking (e.g. insurance, payment processing).

5. Security

Personal information such as names and contact details is stored encrypted, with access limited, to prevent leaks and tampering.

Five years after the tour date, we delete the names, contact details, address and participant information from the booking and keep only statistical data such as headcount and amounts.

6. Analytics & external services

We use Google Analytics to improve the site (anonymous usage statistics via cookies; it does not identify you personally). If you opt in to LINE notifications, your LINE user ID is linked to your booking.

For visitors from Europe, analytics cookies are not used until you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

If you opt in to the Google Customer Reviews survey on the booking completion page, your email address and tour date are sent to Google, and Google will email you a survey after the tour date. Nothing is sent if you do not opt in.

For enquiries via our official LINE account, the text of your message together with the booking number, tour date and headcount may be sent to Google's generative AI (Gemini) to produce an automatic reply. Names and contact details are not sent.

Copies of the emails we send you are also kept in the operator's Google account (Gmail).

7. Access, correction and deletion

We will promptly disclose, correct or delete your personal information at your request after identity verification. Please use the contact below.
