Shower climbing tour: ¥10,000 per person when the day's total group size is 4 or more; ¥13,000 per person when it is 2-3. Both include tax, full equipment rental and insurance. The applicable rate is fixed at the booking deadline (2 days before the tour) based on the day's total group size, and the final amount is confirmed by email when charged. |

Payment is not finalized at the time of booking. The final amount is charged after the booking deadline (2 days before the tour), based on the confirmed group size for that day. For bookings close to the deadline, a pre-authorization hold for the maximum amount (¥10,000 x participants for bookings of 4 or more; ¥13,000 x participants for 2-3) is placed at booking, and only the final amount is captured after the deadline (the difference is released). For bookings well before the deadline, and for American Express, only the card details are registered at booking and the final amount is charged to the registered card after the deadline. |

| Cancellation & refunds |
Cancellation fees are 30% from 5 days before the tour, 40% from 2 days before, 80% the day before and 100% on the day. For cancellations before payment is finalized, the fee is calculated on a basis of ¥10,000 per person. If we cancel the tour (weather or other reasons on our side), no cancellation fee and no charge apply (any hold is released automatically; if payment was already finalized, it is refunded in full). Refunds take several business days via the original payment method. |
